Lindsay is an experienced Kinesiologist who was born and raised in the lower mainland. Once she graduated high school Lindsay knew right away that she wanted to pursue a career in Kinesiology. After suffering a few badly sprained ankles, and making regular trips to see a physiotherapist, she knew then she wanted to be able to help others heal from their injuries. She attended the University of the Fraser Valley and completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2006.

Growing up she participated in various sports but most of her focus was ringette, where she was a member of Team Canada. Over the years Lindsay has taken a strong interest in concussions and the impact they have on individuals. Another area of interest is in rehabbing ankles and hips.

Lindsay joined the Progression team in early 2020. Lindsay works within the Occupational Rehabilitation programs. She also sees ICBC and private clients seeking Kinesiology services.

Outside of work you will find Lindsay lifting weights, riding her road bike, hiking and kayaking on the lake. She takes her health seriously and when she is not working or exercising she is studying Nutrition. Lindsay has relapsed twice with cancer, for patients who have had the same experience, she could be a good fit for your recovery.
