Massage has been apart of her life from an early age. She often received treatments throughout her younger years for various sports related injuries. when it came time to choose a career, massage therapy was an obvious choice
Before becoming a registered massage therapist she worked as a spa practitioner where she developed her skills in wellness massage and the mind and body connection. Lexi graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, January 2018.
Her main objective with her clients is to educate and provide them with the tools and knowledge to be the best and healthiest version of themselves through treatment and homecare. She brings a variety of techniques to her treatments such as Swedish massage, Trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and basic manual lymph drainage. She is currently taking further training in manual lymph drainage and gearing her practice towards MLD as well as maternity massage.
Lexi was born and raised in the Okanagan. In her free time she enjoys training in the gym, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
