Caitlin Schmid was born in Mississauga, Ontario and shortly thereafter her family returned to North Delta, BC where she grew up. She competed in various sports in her youth before eventually focusing on soccer. She was awarded an athletic scholarship for soccer and completed 3 years of schooling in Oklahoma, USA before returning to BC to finish her Kinesiology degree at UBCO in 2012.
Caitlin joined the Progression team in 2016 and works within the Occupation Rehabilitation program. She also sees private clients seeking kinesiology services. She has experience working with clients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries as well as individuals recovering from concussions. Caitlin enjoys a variety of sports and activities outside of the clinic, such as volleyball, soccer, biking, snowboarding and hiking.
