Dr. Falk is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist (Physiatrist) who graduated from medical school at the University of Alberta and completed her residency training at the University of Calgary.  Prior to that, she obtained her undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University where she was the captain of her NCAA Division 1 Women’s Soccer Team.
Her clinical interests include ultrasound-guided injections, electrodiagnostic medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, spasticity management and amputee care.  She is also devoted to teaching medical students, residents, and her fellow colleagues.  She grew up in Calgary, which is where she began her clinical practice for 3 years.  She recently moved to Vernon with her husband to ensure more timely access to Physiatry assessment and to take in all the beauty and outdoor activity that the Okanagan has to offer.  She lives and practices medicine by the philosophy “our bodies are meant to move”, and is passionate in supporting her patients to lead active lifestyles.
